 Eberhard A. Mack, MD, FACS Dr. Eberhard Mack was born in Germany and is a graduate from the Medical School of the University of Tubingen, Germany. He completed his surgical training, as well as a fellowship in endocrine surgery at Boston University Medical Center in Boston, MA. He was a Professor of Surgery at University Hospital and a faculty member of the University of Wisconsin Medical School in Madison for many years before joining Associated Physicians, LLP in December of 2007. Dr. Mack's clinical interest is in diseases of the thyroid, parathyroids, and adrenal glands, as well as in the treatment of breast cancer and gallstone disease. He attracts patients not only from Wisconsin, but from other states as well. Dr. Mack was an invited lecturer in a number of countries in Europe and Asia. He has pioneered innovative treatments in breast cancer and gallstone disease. He received a Life Time Achievement Award from the Wisconsin Women's Health Foundation and eight teaching awards while at the University of Wisconsin, including a University wide award for Excellence in Teaching. |
