This list may not include all of our in or out-of-network insurance providers. Please check with your health insurance provider to confirm network status and coverage of our services. Our staff does not have access to the details of your health benefit plan and coverage.

*This plan is discount only and does not make the insurance carrier part of the contracted network. Plan holders will receive in-network rates, but services will be applied to out-of-network benefits.

Het u 'n EPO -plan?
EPO staan vir 'Exclusive Provider Organization' plan. As lid van 'n EPO kan u die dokters en hospitale binne die EPO -netwerk gebruik, maar u kan nie buite die netwerk gaan vir sorg nie. WPS en Alliance het albei EPO-planne waaraan geassosieerde dokters nie deelneem nie, dus maak seker dat u u netwerkverskaffers nagaan voordat u u dokter kies.
